No doubt all ladies love to look good, hence the need to apply facial makeup for some women. Applying makeup give some people more beauty, and also lighten up the face, but don’t forget that applying the makeup is like a two-edged sword. If applied properly, a beautiful result will be achieved, but if  applied wrongly you may end up looking twice your age.

To help you avoid ageing your face quickly, Here are 4 Makeup errors you must avoid.

Never skip the foundation: Just like building a house, you must and can’t avoid laying a foundation before you start building. Applying the Foundation pre to applying your makeup helps make your face look fresh and evens out your skin tone when applied properly, When this step is skipped, some parts of your face will look shiny, your flaws will be visible and your face will basically look more worn than it is.

Do Not Apply Your Blush to the apples of the cheeks: Applying your blush to the apples of the cheeks your face look weird and rather old. so rather than concentrating it on the apple of your cheek, brush it sparingly up along the cheekbone, using the center of your eye as a guide for your starting point. The upward sweep also gives the illusion of pulling your face upward, hence making it look slimmer.

Do Not Over-line the lips: dark and heavily lined lips will  make the face look older. Always ensure you use a lip liner closer to the shade of your lips, as this will do so much wonders to your face. Following the natural lines of your lips is a must, and avoid lining too far out. This will make your lips properly defined. Soft colours also make you look younger. Bolder colours like red, burgundy, e.t.c will make you look a bit older.

Avoid Lining only the Lower lid: When  you line just your eye  lower lid, you are only making your eyes look smaller and drag down your face. If you’re going to line your eyes at all (which you should) then be sure to line both the upper and lower lids. Be sure to keep the liner as close to the lash line as possible.
